Ecommerce
Our present website boasts over 5,000 products in over 300 categories with over 10,000 customers. Our eCommerce business has grown in excess of 20% per year over the past 5 years. Last year, which was the 6th year, we grew over 40%. These are real revenue generating numbers as a results of longevity, hard work and experience.
Digital Campaigning
We stay connected to our customers in bulk fashion through product offers and advise at least two times per month. Individual customer attention is given through our Customer Relations Management system where each customer request is formally assigned to a Customer Advocate. Customers have direct assess to this system and can correspond with us 24/7 365.
Warehousing and Distribution
All stock orders ship in one business day unless otherwise requested. All customers have live order status published within their account. Our warehouse is clean, secure, orderly and accurate to assure orders are processed hourly from our integrated and robust MRP system. Learn more about this system below.
Material Requirements Planning
We utilized an integrated MRP systems across Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Sales. Cycle counts are conducted daily within this system. All stock orders are shipped within the next business day unless otherwise requested. Our suppliers are connected to the MRP system through a Supplier Portal where line item delivery details are logged and measured against requirements. All customers have direct access to their live order status.
Inside Sales Support
Over 10,000 customers have direct access to us through our Customer Requirements Management system. All customer correspondence by phone, chat and email are directly entered in to this system. Our customers have direct access to this information and can choose to dialogue with us solely through this system or just give us a call.
